We have over 14 years’ experience in property development and interior design and have an extensive understanding of the “selling” market and buyer expectations, ensuring we present buyers with a property they can see as their new home.

Consultation

We’ll meet you or your agent at the property to discuss your space and styling needs.

We will take some photos, do a bit of measuring and answer any questions you may have.

Quote and Proposal

As every property is unique, we tailor each proposal to suit the property’s needs and the target demographic. Included in our proposal will be a detailed list of furnishings and accessories we will use to dress your home.

Installing and Styling

We will coordinate delivery of the furnishings and accessories, take away and store any of your existing furniture, then style the property ready for photography and the sales campaign.

Once the SOLD sign is up, we’ll take care of all the removal and the return of your stored furniture.
